KTMsintervals are designed for worst case race use. Most guys put topends in around 400 hrs on bikes that see typical use, if it's been raced or ridden hard then adjust downward accordingly. AS for bearings, replacing those are pretty rare but I'd imagine around 600 hrs it'll need the crank done.
